Meagan Berardi rejoined DEF as Executive Director in 2024, after previously serving as DEF’s Director of Community Engagement and Director of Programs and Partnerships 2014-2019. She believes the Decatur community is capable of great things, and she is passionate about working collaboratively and creatively to meet the needs of Decatur youth.
