Lynn has held multiple leadership positions at the CDC in the field of infectious disease. She recently came out of retirement to serve as the Medical Director for Fulton County. Lynn founded the Lawrence and Gertrude Paxton Memorial Scholarship to honor her parents and provide support to students interested in humanitarian work and the health sciences. Lynn also serves as a mentor in the REACH Scholars Program.
