Doug Faust has extensive experience in affordable housing development at the local, state, and federal levels and serves as the executive director of the award-winning Decatur Housing Authority that operates the STARS After-School Program and awards college scholarships to its graduating high school seniors. Doug enjoys gardening and fly fishing.
