Baby Doll Circle Time in Ms. Rahfiya’s pre-K class is teaching empathy through the Conscious Discipline method of teaching that shows early learners how to have empathy and manage their emotions in healthy ways. Funds from a DEF teacher grant brought this idea to life with enough baby dolls so that every student could participate in this intentional lesson. Making the world a more compassionate place starts early!
