$1500 raised at Book the Brick – Funds support DEF literacy programs

Sure, you come to the AJC Decatur Book Festival to see your favorite author speak and sign. But what if you could sit and have a cool drink with him or her, just you and a friend, chatting about that plot twist in chapter 12 that left you breathless?

Book the Brick is your once-in-a-lifetime chance. Bid on the opportunity to spend an hour during the Festival at one of the highly coveted outdoor barrel tables at the world-famous Brick Store Pub with your favorite author in this auction that benefits both the Decatur Education Foundation and the AJC Decatur Book Festival.   A signed copy of the author’s book and the first round are both on us.
